Well, I'd say that's a safe bet, seeings how ProCap was just created out of the blue by a company that doesn't seem to have a business of their own to begin with and run by a guy with dubious credentials and immediately sold to FRTD for shares.

Anyone thinking high wealth investors would allow their monies to go into a pinksheet company with the businesses they've acquired would have to be crazy.
