And now, let's come back to the line, which also have followed user nodummy before. He traced the line of ownership on the Gem Inc., and found out, that Mr. Moore sold half of the interest of a gold mine for 20 mil. on ebay in January 2009. We do not know, if the auction of the mine was successful, but we can expect, that it was, because we have no other trace of another auction. So what did Mr. Moore sell on ebay? The weighted interest (WI) in gold minining (as an operator) or the rights interest (RI)?
According to the document provided by the Hardrock Exploration & Mining Inc at the nationsmarketing website
http://www.nationsmarketing.com/files/2-Info_MaryAnn_Ely_HardRock.pdf
ownership by weight (as mining operators) is 50% Gem Inc, and 50% Hardrock Exploration & Mining Inc.
We can trace (some part of) ownership of the Many Ann Placer Mine back to 1983, when the National Gold Inc. bought the mine:
"The Company, through the issuance of 5,000,000 shares of its Common Capital Stock, acquired the Mary Ann Placer Mine near Ely, Nevada. The transaction closed on the 2nd of December, 1983.

And from another subpage from National Gold Inc, we can see, what happend to this property then:
"At this time the Company acquired the Mary Ann Placer Mine in the Osceola Mining District, east of Ely, Nevada. Mr. Christensen, the Secretary/Treasurer of the Company decided he wanted to move onto the mine and operate it for himself. The Company sold him the mine in exchange for most of his shares of the Company and he resigned as an Officer and Director."

It seems to me again, that we must look carefully again, who owns weighted interest (WI) as mining operators, and who owns the rights interest (RI).
