We also can follow the geographical line, and have a look at which geographhical site they own the mine.

I have found a recent document describing the claims and operators, active in that valley. The document is provided by the U.S. Department of the Interior - Bureau of Land Management
Title: Preliminary Environmental Assessment; HOGUM PLACER MINING PROJECTS
Date: June 9, 2011
Source: http://www.blm.gov/pgdata/etc/medialib/blm/nv/field_offices/ely_field_office/nepa/ea/2011/eydopea2011.Par.70855.File.dat/Preliminary%20Hogum%20EA%206.9.11.pdf

So what is Hogum? Hogum is in the White Pine county of Nevada, in the Historic Osceola Mining District, and it's a goast town:

At this site, Gold operators were active in the past, and they are active also nowadays again.
There are several active operators now at the Hogum /Mary Ann Mine, according to the above cited document from the U.S. Department of the Interior .

Gem Inc. not only owns the rights on the claims, on which Kapacke Mining is in operation (see section 2.2.3.4. Kapacke Mining on page 10), but also hold the right in the claims operated by TJL Mining (see section 2.2.3.3. TJL Mining on page 9)
