Youre right. David Foley is the main individual of NTEK that had to step down and hand over the reigns to his brother Jeff due to legal issues. David is the "face" of Nanotech, he does the trade shows, does the technology, even did the financials. Jeff, wasnt he an ice sculptur? Now, David is in the process of going to jail. On top of not being able to trust him and being an enormous part of Nanotech, he is now going to be gone for a couple years.
