Beamin I agree, Vape hasn't officially acquired HIVE from the CEO Kyle Tracey as the share transaction hasn't went through due to need for a shareholder meeting/vote to approve the transaction. Therefore, VAPE really only has intellectual property and no assets or products that we know of. This really increases the Vapor Group's value going into the R/S.
