We have 3 months to pay-up for our Patent or it's abandoned..

It took us over 4 years but you can rest assured we have it..

..We could also release the news if I remember right we can release it as soon as one month out from the approval.

..we are already past that so my guess would be that we might release it with the next filing...along with the Manufacturing info and also all of the little...*'s that were in the Baxa Agreement...

p.s. the next Patent is the 10/784889 and we changed our verbage in it and have submitted it for approval I look around the date of 3/7 for a reply that is the latest

..10717921 will be due around the 6th of April latest but I believe that these 2 can become approved soon
