True, and regardless of the O/S debate. The float will not be changed in the near future based on the reverse merger shares acquired by the Vapor Group. The 750M will remain restricted and are unregistered with the SEC.

So post R/S. we shouldn't see the 750M on otcmarkets or our brokerage accounts reflected in the O/S as they will remain unregistered indefinitely. VAPE is a good example to support this claim. Now, the float will not be changed either. Anyone saying they will issue shares right after a R/S has no proof and yes a company can issue shares at any time.
