Those statements are not true based on the companys pr, they have +7 figure revenues and anyone with a brain would take cash out of pocket to pay bills, do you borrow money monthly to pay bills when you have the cash to do so?

thanks for the reply. i figured the effective date was around the time frame you specified, but my primary question is what size the OS will be after a reverse merger occurs here. the new company will need to issue shares to management, and since there's still about 150K in debt on the books, and no cash to pay it off, i'
