Popt: We don't KNOW any such thing.

So, let us get this straight...

Now we're trying to be told that...

although Scanbuy is MFR's EXCLUSIVE and ONLY vehicle of legitimacy (er, was, as we're being told we know, but we don't), that less than two weeks AFTER NeoMedia terminates Scumbye's license to use their patents, Scumbye then "teams up" (as we know) w/ MFR to "educate" the industry on how to stop "frivolous" QR code patent attacks after, again, re-licensing MFR's portfolio (per their joint 9/30/13 PR announcing this to the world)...
MRF then turns right around after that and proceeds to terminate their EXCLUSIVE and ONLY vehicle of legitimacy w/ Scumbye for the sole purpose of, alone, "educating" the industry how to be scum sucking, paper pushing troll pimps by staring a slew of frivolous QR code patent attacks.

And, we're supposed to know this because why? Because MFR (alone), not Scanbuy, is suing Wendy's and this is somehow supposed to demonstrate for us that there is no longer an exclusive licensing agreement between Scanbuy and MFR?

Well, then why did "Mr. Marshall the Troll", good ol' MFR himself, alone, sue J.C. Penny on Dec. 7, 2012 when we know at that time MFR most certainly DID have Scumbye as their EXCLUSIVE chauffeur, er, Patent License Agreement holder???

The theory as to why and how we're supposed to know this holds no water and is as frivolous as MFR's current lawsuit against Wendy's, et al.

Oh, Marshall, when will you ever learn?
