It's only a start I guess, but, of course, I agree that the lack of a repayment option is a big problem. I was just focusing on the narrow point of the sweep, which hasn't been all bad. Lot's of problems still, of course, but I'm hoping for a relatively amicable resolution, not looking forward to it going all the way to SCOTUS (albeit I think we could win). Lew and Watt are better for us than Geithner and DeMarco ever were. It's still an uphill struggle, but I think the wind is at our backs at least.
