Person: That Scanbuy agreement was terminated by NeoMedia.

The best place to start reading an agreement is at the end. Who signed? The agreement for the MRF licenses was with Scanbuy, not MFR.

Additionally, just like NeoMedia terminated Scanbuy's royalty agreement, MFR can terminate Scanbuy's royalty agreement.
