It's worse than people can come to grips with.

I've seen some of the articles written online about LATF. I've alerted the writers that they are wrong about LATF.

Here's the last email I sent to one of the authors...

In your recent article about Latteno Foods you stated that they are in the medical marijuana business, however that could not be further from the truth.

Latteno Foods Corp(LATF) ~ CIK#: 0000743241 filed a 15-12G on 1/22/2013.

On 1/14/2013, 8 days prior to the 15-12G, LATF's CEO Thu Le filed an Annual Report with OTC Markets that was partially copied from a 2006 SEC document by Health Sciences Group, Inc.(HESG) CIK#: 0001127696. Coincidentally, prior to Thu Le becoming CEO of LATF, she/he/it was CEO of HESG. Nhu Le, is now President of HESG.

I contacted LATF's Legal Counsel and the filing is now hidden under the 'Inactive' link on OTC Markets. Basically hidden from the general public.

Their collective, The Green Cannabis Collective(GCC) never existed from day one except for a formed corporation in CA which is now suspended...

The address on their website is in Brookhollow Suites...

After contacting the property managers at Brookhollow, they stated that there wasn't a collective at that address and they had no vacancies...

Valley Organics doesn't list an address or phone number to contact but, I'm sure you can imagine why they don't. It doesn't exist either.

Mekonza, Latteno's only alleged revenue stream is run by Vu Le, a relative of Thu Le. Makonza claims to be importing shrimp through a company by the name of Cadovimex which is run by Derek Nguyen. A long time OTC scam artist. He is personally responsible for running several companies into the ground, ultimately suspended, or delisted.

When Thu Le took over LATF it had an Authorized share count of 400,000,000. Since then the Authorized count has ballooned to 10,000,000,000. Millions upon millions of shres have been dumped on unseuspecting investors while LATF continues to put out bogus PR's about products they distribute at their fake facilities.

Unproffessional pictures of snack food with a printed GCC label on it. No place to distribute these products anyway.

Their latest food endeavour, Null Flam is just a bottle of Vitamin E with a GCC label on it....

They tried to create a cannabis e-cigarette called Green Smoke and it was already trademarked by another company.

They actually admitted to it in a Press Release.

All this hype created by articles of Latteno Foods being a medical marijuana stock is all misinformation. Many people have been suckered into this stock because of the misinformation being spread about this Vietnamese share selling scam.
