May I say, that with every stock known to man scared, some will say good, some will say bad. I hear it ever day on TV, some say the market is going up or this stock is good, then, the next guy says right the opposite. My point, not one person scared knew that LH was or was not a scam at the time that stuff started. And scared, do you or I know what motives were behind those that screamed scam? No, we don't. Even to this day, the evidence that was demanded by the SEC has yet to prove by action of the SEC, that LH was a scam.

"My point though is that some were right in regards to the stock being overpriced, pump and dumps based on P/Rs that took place over the years."

Scared, the pr's is exactly what the SEC started its invesigation on. Do I think that LH was worth $5, $2, or 5 cents, based on the Baker pr's, ???????, well, did you or I read that the SEC thought the MM's played the stock up? No, we did not. So, what drove the price up? A lot of speculation by a lot of investors believing the prs, and believeing their friends who were telling them about the pr's.


"Now the facts as we know it now is that they were correct about the company not making it."

I truly believe that the Oil and Gas, the solar pumps, the feedlot, and the other medicine shows, were all over pr'ed, and that happened before there was a Blair, or WP, or MP.
But it was the tech, that may have actually saved B&B from prosecution, imho. I believe without the tech being the SEC focus, all that other stuff was a bunch of bogus bs, with inflated accounting numbers to boot. And had that been the only focus of the SEC, maybe fraud could have been found. But the SEC focus was the Tech. Thus, as the SEC investigated the pr's and the FBI looked at the Tech, these authorities may have discovered that the tech was for real. Or at least real enough that a court court not prove otherwise.

Loch Harris did not make it because of the tech, the tech is still making it. Which is a well known FACT!

Thus, you and I sit, scratching our heads, wondering just how and why it had to go the road it has.

May I ask you why you would say, you have learned much from bashers? I do not ask this, to have you answer me, I ask to get you to think what you are saying.

There is an enormous bunch of facts out there, most of which has been recorded in a court house. There is Mark Baker, who lives right there in your town. There is Frank Arnold right there in your town. There is John Cortade, right there in your town. There is an office in Tucson, where the Tech is being worked on every day, mercy scared, why not educate yourself, talking to those people face to face.

May I remind you, that I too, once believed the LH hype, I was too, believed B&B. But as I begin to meet the players, and compare the stories, it became QUITE clear, who was good and who was not.

I have NOT learned one thing on this board from any basher. What I learned, I learned from the meeting actual people, and being involved with the DA and CA and the countless meetings and phone conferences.

If I may say this, to learn from a basher, and not a person who was or is still in the mix, is to stay in the dark.

If I read a book on the ills of war. And you wanted to understand those ills. Would you want to sit down with me, a book reader, or the men and women who were there and lived it.
