Edge, I have a degree of objectivity re this company because I own no stock, and have nothing to "defend".

I do not assume that everyone on "my side" is always truthful, and everything coming from the "other side" is lies.

On the rare times that I see something remotely postive about the company, I post it.

Travesties against justice occurs every day in many court-rooms, in latter years, more often than not.

The DA resulted in nothing, as it was planned to do. The APA and the CDEX 1 to five split plain-assed (cuss word, LOL!!) robbed the LOCH shareholders..but you held PP shares in CDEX.No skin off yours.

The SA? Well, it got the LOCH shareholders their watered down shares, and the Bs a bit further off the hook. The APA, prima facie fraudulent, should have gotten the LOCH shareholders their shares, but the people that drew that paper up obviously did not give the skightest damn about the shareholders. A LAWYER signed it..none other than MP, who doubtless was not the ONLY lawyer that was involved.

Whether LMOROVAN showed up or not, the Court had his letters.
There were things that the court should have inquired into but did not.

Now here it is years and millions of dollars later, and all there is to show for it is Valimed. They would have to sell thousands of them to show a profit that would make the SP be enough to make the LOCH shareholders well. Not bloody likely.

And you tell me that there are (spit) BASHERs HERE?????
