I think the soonest it gets filed is the night the hearing is concluded. So if it lasts a few days or whatever, we won't see it until then... not sure though.

The 8K for the loans and new share structure and the 10Q for the last quarter are both overdue at this point. He's going to need to file something soon, even a hardship case form, or an extension for the "Q", or something.

The NV SOS won't revoke the business license until it's a year late, or 12/31/14... I think, so that won't shut it down for a while, but he's going to have to do something about the late SEC filings soon.

I wonder how little he'll take at this point to sell out?

As far as I can tell he still has millions of common shares and I think preferred shares that carry a voting majority as takeover protection.

Is it worth $50K to grab this thing and drive it around for a while? Just think of all that precious oil!!! ;)

I got $5K to put towards the buyout... anyone else?
