THE A/S is now 100 Billion so they can issue more stock into the market at any time to continue diluting. It's crazy I know. Even if it does bounce it can't be far since the market value is already 24M and they don't even own anything yet. Something is definitely in the works though and it's definitely on the radar. If they acquire a huge grow facility it'll pop I bet.
