No. It's not as bad as issuing new shares since it doesn't lower the EPS given a constant earnings number. Yes there are more shares to tow up the SP ladder, but not as bad.

Nobody likes diluting but they had to do some.

100s of millions? Right now 130m.

Your posts are becoming factually incorrect and losing credibility and are often contradictory. IMO.

Some are better off to sell and be done with this called all but a scam.
