Nor did I. Which begs the question again of whether or not the increase in the A/S was necessary. If my math is correct they had 1B of A/S and if the preferred was equivalent to 100 common shares that would amount to about 2B shares prior to the A/S.

To your point, they now have a blank check for 10M preferred and 1.5B in A/S.
