Cash-heavy Melco Crown proposes dividend change

Melco Crown (MPEL -0.4%) saw strong gains in the mass market segment help it to beat estimates for revenue and profit in Q4.
Fortress casino City of Dreams brought in $1.1B in revenue and $348M in profit for the period.
The company plans to start a policy of paying out 30% of net income in dividends.
