Imprisoned KABX CEO Erik Ulsteen is due to be led from his holding cell back into court today for a preliminary hearing on Counterfeit Securities charges. I wonder if he'll complain to the judge about the handcuffs being too tight again.
The hearing is scheduled for 30 minutes after the market closes today.
To recap: Mr. Ulsteen was arrested in back in December and is being held on $1,000,000 bail for allegedly defrauding 10 different investors, including a little old lady, for $2M by posing as the CEO of another company and selling them stock certificates using an altered company conversion loan form.
