Personally, I believe that some of the so-called 'counterfeit" meds being seized are perfectly good, but not of US origin. Damn sure can be bought for much less than you can normally get them at the drugstore.

Also, I think that many problems in the pharmacies are caused by bargain hunting. Not getting the supplies from proven quality and reliable sources. Be they foreign or domestic.

Well engineered and disiplined processes and procedures in the pharmacies using well trained personnel is the best way to go. It is not possible to have a quality product come from sloppy and haphazard processes and procedures, except by happy accident.

Valimed may help by sampling the work. A quality control sampling device. But that amounts to sampling inspection.
You cannot have Quality products come from an area that depends solely upon Inspection.
