LJ - there is no violation if DTTO **NEVER HAD** White Canyon but only were separately owned (White Canyon privately, DTTO as a public company/shell) by the same owner(s).

Based on the conversation with Redlegs tonight I now believe this to be the case. It fits. It explains why DTTO does not issue PRs or financials or tweets or anything about White Canyon - they don't actually own it.

While this is not what I really had hoped to hear, it clarifies things and is better than what I expected (a buried long-running ownership feud).

I would not have built the (for me) sizable position that I have had I come to this conclusion earlier. On the other hand, there is no particular reason to bail out either, so I will continue to watch and wait with my lotto tickets here.
