It got to that level of valuation through the issuance of 300M shares after the 1/5000 R/S last year reduced the share count to less than 100K. It followed a template. R/S, issue tons of shares all at once and then trade on the hype based on supposed billions of assets/reserves. It's the same story as with BYRG, MSIM and a host of others. It would be interesting to see what history CEO Tim Sperling has. As well as the principals behind the company being acquired.
