The way you phrased it implies you believe the same people own DTTO and WC directly but DTTO itself does not own WC, and that at some point you expect WC to be vended into DTTO in what effectively would be a reverse merger?

Do I have that right? Not trying to put words in your mouth. That would actually make some sense to me (though it is a somewhat tenuous reason to own DTTO a this point in time for anyone else).
