Monkey and the rest of the Fibs would get their volume of over 200m I would think.....I was wondering about a scenario how that would happen but that would do it.....and get us to the Fibs 200m point.....you know IMO the Presidents comment puts this issue as an absolute end date on the day he goes out of office....with an executive order he can just do it the day he leaves. However I think the MMJ agenda is moving so fast it could happen any day.....and like most Executive Orders they normally happen on a Friday in the late afternoon to avoid large media exposer.

Information Operations with Sanjay Gupta at the lead have done very well to make this very easy for an Executive order to do this.....State Department did their homework and anethetizied the public with so many long term PR's...it can now happen almost seemlessley IMO....
