Anybody can buy.... But very few have those large blocks to sell. And those aren't in the float until they sell...

So we pretty much can deduce two things

1) the float is rising and
2) insiders, affiliates and/or note holders are selling.

It sure as heck ain't retail selling.

Frankly, I am surprised you doubt that anyone would want to invest that much in this 'gem'?
