You got it wrong. Naz is a lot more savvy at reading PEII data and following trends than I am. It takes me a while to see the patterns. I had to go ask someone to help me understand some of what I thought I was seeing. I'm a 55 y/o with a 35 y/o, very rusty accounting education. Haven't used it in 25 years. Why do ya think I ask questions in the first place? Not my field anymore and things change.
