We'll he hoisted about 2.2 billion shares on you for somewhere between 4-8% of the debt to be retired....likely below that range at the pps this thing is swinging around now.

When the O/S on this thing was in the low hundred millions I doubt very few saw 6 BILLION coming so soon. Just as very few "investors" can fathom more than 10 or 20 BILLION now....in the meantime there is no more credibility to those mining claims than there was a year ago.

History will repeat...
