Radcom to be dual-listed on TASE

Trading in Radcom on the TASE will begin on February 20.

Yehuda and Zohar Zisapel are continuing to dual-list their companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Two months after Silicom Ltd. (Nasdaq:SILC; TASE:SILC)>) was dual-listed and held a successful issue on the TASE, Radcom Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDCMTrading in Radcom on the TASE will begin on February 20. Other dual-listed RAD Data Communications Ltd. subsidiaries are Ceragon Networks Ltd. (Nasdaq: CRNT; TASE:CRNT), Radvision Ltd. (Nasdaq: RVSN; TASE:RVSN), and Radware Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR; TASE:RDWR). Only RIT Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: RITT) is not dual-listed.
Radcom develops, manufactures and markets solutions for communications network traffic monitoring, control, and testing solutions. The company specializes in 3G wireless and IP networks for voice, data, and video communications. Radcom has a market cap of $65 million, after a 129% rise in its share price over the past four months. The company has $10.5 million in cash, and Radcom CFO David Zigdon says the company has no plans to raise money in addition to listing shares on the TASE. Radcom posted a net profit of $1.5 million on $22.3 million revenue in 2005.

Radcom’s main shareholders are its founders, Zohar Zisapel, with a 22% stake, and his brother, Yehuda, with 13.6%. Radcom has 150 employees, 110 of whom are in Israel. The company’s main business areas are North America and China, and it plans to expand sales in Europe and other Far Eastern countries over the coming year.
