(“Hudson”), the terms of an Order authorizing the use of cash collateral and a Plan of Reorganization Support Agreement. The PSA provides, among other things, for the filing of a plan of reorganization no later than June 30, 2012 which will provide for a distribution to all classes of claims and interests and the Debtor intends to expeditiously seek confirmation of a Plan of Reorganization"

Iroquis Master Fund and Hudson Bay Master Fund are the major holders of atrinsic. If I'm not wrong they own the 92% of atrinsic shares. With this company we can see A relation between Mr.Giordano and Hudson and Iroquis. The accept the plan and it seems that they work closely...
