SEC suspended trading in 97 securities in 2013 mostly due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies. There were also questions regarding the accuracy of publicly available information about the companies’ assets, acquisitions, business activities, control persons, securities offerings, and financing arrangements, and a long etc.

So far in 2014, SEC has suspended trading in 11 stocks.

NTEK keeps and will continue trading and implementing its business plan.
