$SUBB LOI to acquire a producing Diamond Mine in the Central African Republic
HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Jan 7, 2014) - Suburban Minerals Corp. (OTC Pink: SUBB) announced today the signing of a letter of intent to acquire a producing Diamond Mine in the Central African Republic.

According to the letter of intent, the diamond mine will be acquired with the issuance of restricted company stock as well as carry a royalty component. The company expects to sign a definitive agreement by or before January 30, 2014.
