Would anyone be able to explain how VERT can be

"buying for a group" ....... or ..... be "covering his short position"

by sitting ALL day on ASK of 18 , selling millions stuck on 18 ,

while showing an offer of 10,000 share ?

I am serious ! I can't figure out WHAT is VERT doing stuck on Ask with 10,000 ?
