This activity and SIRI expanding internationally. Sure seems there is some connection especially if the NOLs and international licenses and maybe certain bandwidth is owned by WRSPQ.
The reason it jumps so fast and high is because the float is only 48 Mil. This can make you a million in couple of days if it really jumps. I agree someone is hot to trot......:o}
