It is somewhat telling that neither TW, RCN, brighthouse, or COX, have further expanded the Q into other areas. If the Q was a hot item, those carriers would have expanded carriage into other areas as money talks. Apparently, there is not a large demand for the Q and ultimaly, that is what really counts.
