MYL submitted their app 1 1/2 years after MNTA did. Why would you assume they would approve both together on the patent expiration date? C'mon this is the FDA. If they are not ready to approve MNTA by now they sure as heck should not be ready to approve the other one.

To make money all you need is the single approval (MNTA) and get out of dodge quickly thereafter. Yet we have very few takers despite the non trivial MNTA head start. Not to mention the other application was based off of the version sold in India and who knows what that means for the sake of approval. At best this is neutral and at worst a big negative.

All very strange to me. I was thinking a sole MNTA approval would mean 25/shr at a minimum. Starting to question that
