I said I was going to make the changes by the weekend, but, to save myself from a potential onslaught from folks that might not like it, I don't want to do it during market hours, nor a weekday (not pulling a Bob <g>). Therefore, I'm going to do the tweaking, TOU changes, shuffling around to comply on Saturday/Sunday.

Nothing that is going to rock anybody's world, but it will take a little work to get it right. Simply a clarifying of issues and reeling in where I've let out the line out a bit too much.

I'm also working on a Moderator Handbook to help answer a lot of questions that I often get and to provide a little guidance. It's about 2/3 done.
