Perhaps I'm petty, but I can assure you that the Clinton machine got removed those frumpy/dumpy pictures from internet sites. Just tried to google, and all were replaced with the new Hillary trying to be President photos. So, apparently the machine considered her frumpy appearance a real hindrance to her campaign for the presidency. She now has to pretend she looks professional.
