Correct. Something to watch for though.
Can Dominion directly or indirectly short shares in oder to keep a lid on the price and therefore purchase shares at a cheaper price? This will be spelled out in the 8K. None of my DD to date has turned anything up that would suggest Dominion has done this in the past. It's hard to believe the games these finance guys play but thing like that do happen all the time.
