An educated investor knows this is not dilution.

What TRTC is doing with the money is increasing the value of the company.

If $6 million increases the worth of the company by $22 million then life is good as in this deal.

TRTC is getting into the Marijuana business in Massachusetts!!!

Add Nevada, ++++ whatever deal is next!!!!!!!
