This has been brought up before and while I understand why you're asking it would actually be impossible to manage.

Who is going to decide if a Mod is positive or negative on the stock? Admin? No, thanks.

What if someone was added as a "Bull" Mod and then they changed their mind?

What about people who are neutral? They no longer get a spot?
