If the partnership with GZFX is viewed by CC as a positive, then I have to believe the new CEO would want to bask in the glory and CC would wait to announce until after he takes over.

If the CC rollout is not going to happen, then I believe they would let the out-going CEO swing the axe.

So if it's not cancelled before March 1 (when the new CEO) takes over, I have to believe it's in the bag.
