the-8th, intentionally or not you misrepresented my post

the trust mention is no way attached to the male or female mention .. so much for
that point .. as for the Obama 'lies' list, yeah, hookrider is right you do peddle bullshit ..

i have said this before .. those type of 'i will do' or 'my admin. will be' are basically campaign/political jabber .. it would be better, i think, if candidates, especially those for president/governor/judge/congress/state/sheriff/schoolboards (yeah, too many elections for a start) could get away with phrasing them in less certain terms .. i mean, if many or most or all were phrased with some qualification instead of prescribed 'certainty' as e.g. 'i will do my best to do' .. or .. 'my admin. will strive to be' .. then even you could not claim them as lies .. of course every candidate in every election, especially presidential elections understands that too many of the public craves the positivity in the 'certainty' the political scene demands .. and, don't you think, about every candidate understands and accepts that in the political theater of campaigning their opposition would jump to pummel them on any sense of uncertainty from them? .. so without worrying about whether or not it applies to every one on your list the basic concept of your post is bullshit .. most as those could just as well be described as too optimistic, too positive statements, instead of lies ..

oh, must mention one which at a cursory glance stood way out ..

"ObamaCare will be good for America"

no doubt at all, that will prove to be a truism, and if you want qualification, Obamacare will
certainly be good for the USA as a first step toward a better healthcare system in the USA.

Ps: am in a computer shop.
