Sorry I can't answer that, not sure myself. I just went and looked at Scottrade and they have NVOB @ 3.0 mill outstanding too. Somewhere I read that the company said there was 403 mill O/S and 103 mill float. Lots of knowledge on this board maybe they can give you a better answer. Have a good day
