I didn't say anything about HEMP being transparent, which they are not, but could be with some effort to do so. I was referring to the SEC that IR's, Promotion companies, are required by the SEC to disclose their payment for their work. Ihub has supported that law with their IRP program. It is getting abused as well, I'm sure by paid posters not declaring such involvement. Swamp land here.
