ENTA—Luly brought it up. He volunteered that the two resigned Directors did not wish to be on the board post IPO. He said that they were planning to re-expand.

I’m unconvinced! It’s highly unorthodox for a public company to reduce the size of the BoD if there’s a bona fide plan to expand it in the near future.
