Fink at .0001 with no r/s. Also no new victims of this P & D that after the r/s has gone back to .0001. That is were we be. QASP is never going to be a good company for coommon. How many billions of shares have they issued and still not making money? This will never ever do well for common so should be shut down. IT's a P & D with last 2 years just the dump as price ended up back at .0001.
