Maddy after years and a 1 for 1000 r/s no matter who is in charge of QASP same end results. Common stock at .0001 and never ending dumping of new shares into the market. Common selling are always competing against QASP share dumping. That is why down to .0001 again. Even that with it's history is too much to pay.
