According to the latest filing, this statement is patently false and misleading:

The only debt is what they owe monthly to the plane, rent and utilities.


The filing clearly shows $856,196 in liabilities, with $312,530 of that due to "related parties". I suspect the related parties are related to the Canouse clan, and it is most likely convertible debt...
