Yes, it grows naturally and the governmental Africa will not go against President Obama's signing of the Farm Bill this Friday. If it were Romney in office I would agree, but the entire continent of Africa became a partial US territory in 2008 when President Obama, a Kenyan Prince, was made King of the Americas and Africa. Asia and Europe better watch out, Australia is on our side and we just found more oil in the outback than exists in Saudi Arabia.

So if Obama is saying "Grow Baby Grow" with industrial hemp and Bioethanol production from the medical marijuana industries waste, think about it.....do you think there is anyone in Africa that doesn't want an iPhone, Facebook and Gucci sunglasses? My friends in Arusha are more modern than most towns in Pennsylvania, some of which are without running water and power as we speak.
